RK 和 RH 系列 DC/DC 转换器完善了 RECOM 的工业转换器系列品类,具有 3 kVDC/1 s 和 4 kVDC/1 s 的极高隔离。标准特性中的工作温度范围扩展至 -40°C 至 +90°C。这些转换器已通过 IEC/EN/UL60950-1 认证,适用于 IGBT 驱动器应用。
