Project/Product Management Support (m/f/x)

TASKS:

• Ongoing alignment with global product managers to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information
• Coordination of all involved departments throughout the new product introduction (NPI) process
• Management and monitoring of project status, including milestone tracking
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and the timely delivery of all NPI-related documentation
• Supporting product managers in roadmap planning and the strategic development of products
• Ensuring completeness, proper structuring and accurate filing of all relevant project and product documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed technical or business-related education
• Several years of professional experience in project and/or product management, preferably in the context of NPI processes
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with confident handling of milestone planning and status tracking
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, particularly in an international environment
• Proficiency in common ERP systems and MS Office, ideally complemented by experience with project management software
• Strong quality awareness and a solid understanding of process and documentation requirements
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Employment Information: The market-conform, attractive and performance-related salary for this position is determined from the in-house minimum salary of € 39.200,- per year on full-time basis and from a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
