The Internet of Things is a concept where everything is intelligent and networked. The spaces around us will become interactive, helping us and working with us. It sounds a lot like science fiction, but it’s rapidly becoming science fact.

A single IoT device consists of a sensor, a processor, and a network connection. Most of the components are digital, but the power supplies are analog. Also, many sensors are analog because they measure real things like temperature, light, sound, and movement.

So, IoT is not the end of analog electronics, but it does mean more mixed-signal electronics with both analog and digital elements.

We have a very close contact with our customers through our worldwide technical sales and tech support. As we know what our customers are working on, we can design products to meet their future needs before they even ask for them.

We are also very active giving presentations at seminars and exhibiting at trade fairs. So, we meet many new potential customers and get to know their requirements. And finally, we have regular meetings with our component suppliers and partners to learn about new developments in our field.
