TASKS:

  • Handling and coordination of customer inquiries related to company data
  • Support in the review and filing contracts
  • Communication with internal interfaces (Sales, Order Management, Legal, Logistics, Data Management)
  • Partizipation in export control and sanctions compliance matters
  • Project planning and execution within contract management and international export control
  • Document management and systematic filing

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Confident communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Transparent, independent and precise way of working
  • Openness to a wide range of tasks and cross-team collaboration
  • Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
  • Experience in contract management and export control is an advantage
  • Sharepoint knowledge is an advantage

Employment information: The market-conform, attractive and performance-related salary for this position is determined from the minimum salary that must be announced in Austria of € 39.200 per year on a full-time basis and from a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
