Chassis Mount Power Supplies

For such applications requiring more power, RECOM has developed a wide range of Class I and Class II AC/DC power supplies for chassis mounting, designed for building-in to equipment. These high-efficiency, off-board power modules come with at least 3kVAC isolation, feature a high power density, and operate across a wide ambient temperature range. Certifications for UL, IEC, and EN standards are available on request.

We pay special attention to no-load and light-load efficiency, particularly for applications that require power supplies to switch to standby mode to conserve energy in accordance with energy-saving regulations.

Wired AC/DC Power Supplies for Industrial Environments

RECOM offers wired termination AC/DC power supplies up to 30W with output voltages from 3.3V to 48V. All modules are fully sealed against dust and moisture, and some models meet IP68 protection standards. One of our popular products is the RAC03-C/277 series, a 3W AC/DC power supply in a circular housing, designed to fit inside standard wall boxes. This makes it ideal for space-constrained building automation and IIoT applications.

High Power AC/DC Power Supplies

In addition to compact units, RECOM also provides high-power AC or DC input power supplies, delivering from 1000W up to 20kW. These units offer high power density and outstanding efficiency, making them ideal for industrial automation, test and measurement, medical systems, and transportation solutions. Features include active Power Factor Correction (PFC) on AC lines and overvoltage protection for DC inputs. The latest digital control topologies are used to optimize efficiency and reliability.
