Applications have to be submitted online via the RECOM career portal on the website. If you cannot find the right position, you can also send us an unsolicited application. The application documents should include at least a current CV, an individualized cover letter and your most recent references.
The apprenticeship lasts three years without any special regulations. There are options for a shortened apprenticeship in the case of pre-apprenticeship periods.
If you do an apprenticeship at RECOM HQ, you will attend vocational school in Gmunden or Vöcklabruck for 10 weeks at a time.
Practical experience on the job, remuneration during the apprenticeship, acquisition of a recognized professional qualification and the possibility of being a long-term employee of RECOM one day.
Apprenticeship pay is regulated by law and increases with each year of apprenticeship. The current salary can be found in the collective agreement for the retail sector.
The weekly working time is 38.5 hours.
