Gesellschaftliche Verantwortung spielt in der Elektronikindustrie eine wichtige Rolle, daher sind unsere Geschäftsbeziehungen sowie der Umgang mit unseren Mitarbeitern geprägt von Fairness, Transparenz und gegenseitiger Wertschätzung. RECOM hat den Anspruch, zu seiner gesellschaftlichen Verantwortung zu stehen, sie bewusst zu übernehmen und nachhaltig zu handeln und somit einen gesellschaftlichen Nutzen zu erbringen. RECOM hält bei all seinen Tätigkeiten höchste ethische und moralische Standards ein und hat diese in einem für alle Standorte gültigen Code of Conduct festgelegt.

Der RECOM Code of Conduct ist ein Verhaltenskodex und damit eine Sammlung von Verhaltensweisen, die in unterschiedlichsten Umgebungen und Zusammenhängen situationsabhängig anzuwenden sind. Alle RECOM Mitarbeiter und Lieferanten verpflichten sich zur Unterzeichnung und Einhaltung der Richtlinien des Code of Conduct.

RECOM ist angeführt in der Liste der den ZVEI Code of Conduct anerkennenden Unternehmen.

The Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 (Cyber Resilience Act, CRA) introduces mandatory cybersecurity requirements for "products with digital elements". As a manufacturer of power supplies, RECOM has assessed and is continuously assessing its product portfolio to determine the CRA's applicability and the resulting obligations. The CRA framework and its harmonized standards continue to evolve. RECOM also follows guidance from the European Commission, ENISA and the relevant standardization bodies, and updates accordingly.

Most of RECOM's AC/DC power supplies, DC/DC converters and Power Modules are embedded power components without digital communication functionality. They have no digital elements and do not fall under the CRA.
For those RECOM Products which incorporate digital communication interfaces and fall within the scope of the CRA, RECOM has implemented the processes and technical measures in compliance with the CRA requirements.

For in-scope products, RECOM applies appropriate processes and controls covering cybersecurity risk assessment, secure development, vulnerability management and regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle. RECOM supports customers throughout the lifecycle of these products, including the handling of identified vulnerabilities and the communication of relevant security information.

RECOM maintains processes for identifying, assessing and handling product security vulnerabilities, and will meet its regulatory reporting and notification obligations where required by applicable law, including the CRA.
