Modern industrial environments want smaller components with greater power capabilities. But as control cabinets get smaller and internal temperatures rise, traditional power supplies become the bottleneck. RECOM Power offers RACPRO1 three-phase AC/DC DIN rail power supplies to give engineers solutions with high power density and class leading efficiency. RECOM's three-phase series achieves a peak efficiency of 97.1% which significantly reduces wasted heat and unlocks for a very compact internal design. Engineers can choose between 240, 480, and 960W power classes, all of which maintain extremely low standby power consumption to meet energy standards.

These units handle a wide universal input range up to 575VAC and are equally capable of operating on high voltage DC rails. The output is fully adjustable, allowing for precise voltage trimming between 24 and 56V depending on the specific model and load requirements.

By using a chimney effect for natural convection, these supplies stay cool even in tight spaces with widths starting at just 43mm. The 5kV isolation rating means the units can safely join high voltage inputs with sensitive downstream control electronics. With 6kV surge immunity and a rated service life exceeding 80,000 hours these supplies are built to survive harsh electrical transients and extreme temperatures. They remain fully operational from -40 to 7°C and the design focuses heavily on the technician's experience.

The entire housing is designed for tool-free mounting, featuring 25° angled push-in terminals that make wiring much faster and more ergonomic, enabling rapid deployment or replacement without specialized equipment. The series is a great fit for renewable energy platforms and industrial battery charging that face significant environmental stress.
