The RFxx series are modules with 1kVDC or 4kVDC isolation in an SIP4 or SIP7 case. They have an operating temperature range of -40°C up to 85°C without derating and an efficiency rating of 80%.
Fully tested, these high quality converters are UL6950-1 certified. They are an excellent option for sensor and embedded controls applications needing isolation or one-to-one isolated voltage conversion and industrial applications.
