RECOM's high power plug & play RMD family of DC/DC converters showcase a wide range of inputs and outputs with robust performance that is versatile for many railway applications including drive systems, train control monitoring systems, HVAC, safety systems, data loggers, communication, and more.The RMD power supply series ranges from 40W to 1,000W. The input and output voltages range from 24V to 110V. With an efficiency as high as 96.7% the RMD series delivers full power from -40°C to 85°C without derating and without requiring a heat sink or cooling system.
With a high level of protection and safety the RMD series provides active input reverse polarity protection active inrush current limitation, reinforced insulation and parallel and redundant operation. The RMD converters are available in chassis mountable frame sizes ranging from 100 x 60mm to 27.5 x 97mm with CE RoHS and reach compliance.
