Mit 3DPP kann RECOM die Größe seiner Module durch Nutzung der Z-Achse reduzieren. Die RPX-Serie liefert bis zu 2,5A in einem QFN-Gehäuse, das die Flip-Chip-on-Lead-Frame-Technologie nutzt, um die Größe zu miniaturisieren und gleichzeitig die Leistung zu verbessern.

Die RPL-Serie von RECOM liefert 3A in einem LGA-Gehäuse, wobei die Komponenten direkt in die Leiterplatte eingebettet sind. Die RPM-Serie umfasst vollständig nicht isolierte LGA-Leistungsmodule mit einer Ausgangsleistung von bis zu 6A.

Der R05CT05S von RECOM ist ein 500mW DC/DC-Wandler in medizinischer Qualität in einem SOIC16-Gehäuse mit 5kV Isolation.
