Key Account Sales Manager (m/f/x)

TASKS:

  • Responsibility for sales and management of key accounts in the railway and transportation sector
  • Expansion of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers within the DACH region
  • Regular business travel within the sales territory (customer visits, trade fairs, events)
  • Technical and commercial consulting of customers regarding DC/DC and AC/DC power supply solutions
  • Identification of market and customer requirements, projects, and derivation of sales strategies
  • Close cooperation with Product Management, Field Application Engineering (FAE) and Business Development Team
  • Preparation and execution of price and contract negotiations
  • Monitoring of market trends and competitors in the railway technology environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed electrotechnical education or degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, or engineering disciplines
  • Sales experience, ideally in a technical B2B environment
  • Solid knowledge of electrical engineering, particularly power supplies (DC/DC, AC/DC and Inverters)
  • Experience in or strong affinity for railway technology and transportation applications as well as mobile applications
  • High level of motivation, initiative, and closing strength
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Team player, structured, self-driven, and goal-oriented working style
  • Very good command of German and good English skills
  • High willingness to travel within the DACH region

Employment Information: For this position we offer you a monthly salary depending on qualifications and professional experience plus a bonus based on achievement of annual targets.
