Electronics Production Specialist with Growth Opportunities in Quality Management (m/f/x)

Hours: 38.5 h/week

TASKS:

  • Handling returns and quality assurance: Handling of returns and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Contributing to improvements: Contributing hands-on manufacturing experience to continuously improve products and processes in collaboration with development, production and quality management.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration: Close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and quality management, ensuring constructive technical exchange.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successfully completed technical or vocational training
  • Practical experience in electronics manufacturing, ideally in PCB production
  • An interest in electrotechnical products and a desire to develop your skills in quality management
  • An independent, structured and precise approach to work with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn and a strong commitment, as well as strong team spirit
  • Very good written and spoken German and English

Important: You don’t need to have in-depth knowledge of quality management. What matters most is your experience in electronics manufacturing and your willingness to develop your skills in the field of quality management. If you are motivated, we will build on that together. Employment Information: The market-conform, attractive and performance-related salary for this position is determined from the minimum salary that must be announced in Austria of € 2.727,40 per month on a full-time basis. A significant overpayment is offered, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
