Applications have to be submitted online via the RECOM career portal. The application documents should include a CV and a personalized cover letter.
Applicants will receive a confirmation via email after submitting the application documents.
The documents are reviewed, and the next steps are discussed with the respective manager.
The first interview will take about 1 hour. The participants are the head of the relevant department accompanied by a specialist from the HR department.
After a successful first interview, the second round begins. The applicant is given a detailed insight into the area of responsibility of the position and gets to know the team.
If all the decision-makers are convinced by the applicant, an offer and a draft employment contract will be submitted.
After both sides have confirmed the offer, the onboarding process is discussed.
